Karli Rosen, MFT

Karli Rosen, MFT (she/her) genuinely believes in the resilience of people, and the healing nature of relationships. She understands the importance of feeling seen and being heard and believes without such, an authentic therapeutic journey won't unfold. Karli's training in couples and family therapy means that she is particularly adept at working within a systemic framework. Karli has experience working with individuals in early recovery from out-of-control behavior/addictions to foster positive relationships with their family members, who were also present for therapy.

Karli’s therapeutic foundation integrates solution focused therapy and narrative techniques and interventions to attune to each client, relational system, and family. Often, she will bring mindfulness and polyvagal theories into therapy. This combination of approaches comes naturally for Karli, as she has taught yoga for over a decade and believes in holistic healing.

This is Karli's second career; her original career path involved product design which interestingly gives Karli an unexpected and unique advantage allowing her to think creatively about obstacles and challenges. Her background and experience help to bring open-mindedness, creativity, and groundedness to the therapeutic space.
